Create bootable USB drives the easy way

I love this tool and use it all the time when I am in the filed setting up a new Server or PC. I know it will always work and I can count on it to get the job done easily!

Rufus is a utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc.

It can be especially useful for cases where:

  • you need to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.)
  • you need to work on a system that doesn’t have an OS installed
  • you need to flash a BIOS or other firmware from DOS
  • you want to run a low-level utility

WordPress Themes

I am loving WordPress. I have been working with it for a week now and am getting comfortable with it. I recently installed a SSL certificate, configured FTPS, and installed some new WordPress themes. I found one I really like and I hope you like like it as well. I had to change some pages to make it look good. I think all the changes were a major improvement and make the website easier to read.

I am learning WordPress! I have installed all of the prerequisites along with WordPress on an Ubuntu VM to get this website going in only two days. I even set up some pages, wrote a short biograph. It’s a work in progress. I am trying to get the color/themes right but dark mode is making it more of a pain. The template I am using is basic and does not let you change the font color easily so I have had to modify the CSS code a lot.
