I am an information technology and infrastructure professional with extensive hands-on experience across enterprise technical support, systems administration, networking, storage, virtualization, web infrastructure, hardware, troubleshooting, and project delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work combines practical engineering with structured troubleshooting, documentation, recovery planning, and long-term operational thinking.
